This apartment is located at the southeast corner second floor of the large victorian edifice at number 10 Arch Street. The building was constructed by Issac Abbott in the 1880's for the then princely sum of $30,000. The building is well preserved, and positively reeks of ambiance. (Ambiance, as you will recall, is quite costly and is only made in France.) To reach it you walk through the front doors and ascend the main staircase. You will have no trouble whatsoever fitting large pieces furniture through.
Entry is into the living room, with windows east and south. It is a very
large living room with high ceilings and wide boarded painted pine floors.
You see the words bright and cheery thrown around a lot. They really are
appropriate here.

Besides the amazing fenestration, the living room's best feature is the marble fireplace. It makes a good place to emplace a plant.
To the left is a large closet. To the right is the doorway leading to the
rest of the apartment.
The doorway opens to a long hall which runs beside the bedroom to the rest of the apartment.

At the left side of the hall is the door to the bedroom, which is large enough to swallow a four-poster.

At the east end of it is a marble fireplace back to back with the one in the living room, along with another walk in closet.

At the end of the long hall is a short cross hall which goes from a southern facing alcove and window back north to the kitchen passing the most excellent bathroom as it goes. The bathroom features a south window, full tub/shower and a pedestal sink. It also has an embrionic marble fireplace.

The kitchen is located at the west end of the second floor foyer, where it has the second entrance to the apartment. It is equipped with stove, fridge and microwave. There is room for a dinette, and there is a shallow pantry closet.
